Everything was wonderful, exceptional service, unbelievable location close enough to skytrain station and the entertainment district of Yaletown. I had cosy deluxe room with great bathroom and the nightstand plus large shower stall.

I loved our stay, the staff were so caring and the location was the best. I got extremely pleasant room with free wireless internet, 2 televisions and 3 beds. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as fresh fruit, milk, cereals, vegetable and toast. The hotel was magnificent, about 100 metres from the metro station.

Well-designed and quite clean place, so accommodating staff. I liked the king room and had a FINE stay. Staff provided with champagne upon arrival. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Vancouver.
